We created this app with the sole intention of addressing the issues you mention above. LetsEat,at is a free restaurant website builder that creates aesthetically pleasing, and more importantly, easily updatable restaurant websites. I think the biggest problem is that most restaurant owners can't afford to pay some designer every time they want to update their menu, and hopefully this app will fill in that gap.
