Steve’s Steakhouse on North Main Street in Richfield, Utah 84701. The “Go to” place whether you want to celebrate a special event or apologize with serious impact. They do a mean rib eye steak, but their hallibut is wonderfu, as is their butterfly shrimp and lobster. They serve warm light or dark bread (I prefer the dark) with fresh whipped berry butter .

El Mexicano at 1425 South State Street in Salina, UT serves authentic mexican cuisine to dazzle the palate. Their fresh homemade corn chips and salsa are the first things to arrive at your table. You can ask for guacamole for an additional charge(I always do). They do a great shrimp cocktail. Their chicken enchiladas rock. You can also buy cds of Mexican artists in the restaurant.

Lario’s in Miami’s South Beach. Owned by Gloria Estefan and her husband. The food is delicious and the ambience is super fun and super latin style. Service is excellent and the wait staff all around gorgeous.

Fergusons on Garland Ave. has the best stuffed French toast this side of France! It is the most satisfying tastiest mouth watering french toast I have EVER had. The service is great as well. The owner checks on everyone to see if they are happy. Needless to say they are! Ya have to try it! I think it is one of Spokanes best kept secrets! My husband and I are VERY picky too.
