Stan is a freelance writer who enjoys reviewing restaurants wherever he goes.  He has reviewed restaurants from North Carolina to Seattle and from Reno to New Orleans, covering culinary establishments from the simple, corner sandwich stand all the way up to the elegant offerings of the nation’s finest chefs.  Stan’s reviews reflect the way the average consumer may view the restaurant, focusing on value, cleanliness, professionalism, appeal and the overall dining experience.  Stan sees restaurants the way average customers do and feels a restaurant’s reputation is only as good as the last meal served.
